Working with Alex Hamm has been a blessing. 20 minutes after I posted my home for rent, he called me. I asked him to tell me why I would want to do business with him, rather than doing it myself. He explained, and he was right about all of it. I asked him why I would not want to do business with him, and he gave an awesome honest answer. He explained that if I planned to be involved in the day to day dealings with the home and the renters then this may not be for me.

I thought about it and decided that I liked the fact that he called me so quickly. He's hungry! He works hard to help you rent the home and takes all of the pressure out of renting your place. I was renting for too low. He explained that was the reason I received 40 responses in the first two days. He has a team of professionals that come out when there is an issue or you need things done to get ready for the new renters.
